Thank you for choosing Belo (the “App”), operated by Individual Entrepreneur Ivan Borisov (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your data when you use the App, which is available on Android and iOS.

We are registered as an individual entrepreneur in Georgia. We do not have a separate U.S. legal entity, but our App is made available to users in the United States (and potentially other regions).
2. Applicability & AcceptanceBy using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the practices described, please do not use the App. You must create an account to use the main features.
3. The Data We CollectWe do not collect official personal documents (such as passports or government IDs). However, we do collect certain information that users choose to provide.
  • Account InformationRegistration: You may register using your email + password, or via third-party logins (Google, Facebook, Apple).
  • Name: You can provide your name (or a display name).
  • Pregnancy & Profile InformationAge (as entered by you).
  • Date of Pregnancy Start (to estimate weeks of pregnancy).
  • Estimated Due Date (if provided).
  • Baby’s Gender (optional).
  • Future Baby’s Name (optional).
  • Images: Profile picture, “baby bump” photos that you upload for personal use. We store these on our server to create a collage feature.
  • Height & Weight: You can optionally track your measurements.
  • Language and Time Zone.
  • Usage Data & AnalyticsWe use Firebase and Adjust to collect information about how you use the App (e.g., which screens are opened, frequency of usage, purchase events).
  • We use OneSignal for push notifications.
  • Sensitive DataAlthough we do not formally verify or request clinical/medical documents, the user-inputted data about pregnancy timeline, weight, etc. can be considered “health-related” or “sensitive.” We rely on your consent to process this data. Please do not provide any information you are not comfortable sharing.
  • 4. How We Use Your DataProviding & Personalizing Our ServicesTo show pregnancy week-by-week information, reminders, tips, and let you track various pregnancy parameters.
  • To personalize the content based on your week of pregnancy.
  • Account Creation & ManagementTo allow you to securely log in and manage your account.
  • To store your data on the server so that it can be synced across devices.
  • Push NotificationsTo send notifications about new milestones (start of a new pregnancy week) or reminders (to add daily/weekly measurements). You may opt out via your device’s notification settings or during the initial permission prompt.
  • AnalyticsTo evaluate and improve the App, we collect usage metrics (e.g., which screens are visited, how often). This data is processed by Firebase and Adjust.
  • In-App Purchases & SubscriptionWe offer a freemium model or a paid subscription with a free trial. Payment processing is managed by RevenueCat (in conjunction with the Apple App Store or Google Play).
  • We do not process your credit card or banking information directly.
  • Customer SupportTo respond to your inquiries and provide technical assistance.
  • 5. Legal Basis for Processing (U.S. & Other)Consent: We rely on your voluntary consent to collect sensitive pregnancy-related data. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
  • Legitimate Interests: We use analytics and push notifications to improve our services, which we believe do not override your fundamental rights.
  • Performance of a Contract: We collect your basic registration info to provide our core App services (e.g., storing data, enabling features).
  • 6. Data Storage, Security & RetentionWhere Data Is StoredWe use Supabase on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Frankfurt, Germany.
  • Your data is protected via Supabase’s built-in security, including Row Level Security (RLS) and secure password storage.
  • Security MeasuresAll data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
  • Passwords are hashed (we cannot see your raw password).
  • We take reasonable measures to protect against unauthorized access.
  • Retention PeriodWe will store your account and pregnancy-related data as long as your account is active.
  • If you delete your account, we will remove all associated personal data from our servers within 24 hours (or as soon as technically feasible).
  • Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.
7. Your RightsDepending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion: Delete your account at any time in the App settings; data is erased within 24 hours.
  • Restriction/Objection: Ask us to restrict certain processing or object to certain data uses.
  • Data Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your data (where applicable).

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for direct marketing. We do not show third-party ads in the App.
  • 9. Children’s PrivacyOur App is intended for pregnant individuals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  • We do not implement specific age checks, as we assume pregnant users are generally above the relevant age of majority. If you believe a minor has provided personal data, please contact us at info@evolife.app.
